This Hollycraft set is a book piece, shown in Joann Dubbs Ball's "Costume Jewelers, The Golden Age of Design" (see photo). The flowers are of light blue, pink, light yellow and pale lime rhinestones, in an antiqued gold setting. The leaf is green enamel.
